Log In Help:
If you are having trouble viewing the pages, Internet Explorer 5 or greater is recommended.
If your username and password does not work:

Click Forgot password to have your password sent to your email.

If you recieve the error message, "We were unable to access your information. Please try again.", you must create a new user account.

To create a new user account:
(You will be able to match the new user account with your current student account)
| Username: |
- This can be any username you choose. - Must contain six or more characters. - Spaces and special characters are not allowed.

| Password: |
Enter a password.
|
| E-mail: |
A valid email address is required to create a user account.
|
Security Qustion/Answer: |
Enter a Question and Answer that will be used if you forget your password.
|
To match a user account to your current student account:
| 1) |
Select Record Match or Qweb from the My KCC menu.
|
| 2) |
Enter your First Name, Last Name, and Date of Birth.
|
| 3) |
Enter either your SSN, Student Number, OR Faculty Number. Only one is required.
|
